I am suffering from a pain from neck area stretching to shoulder blade on left side for past 3 days.. Although I don't want to eat painkillers but I have to because we are going on a religious trip tomorrow. So plz prescribe me any painkiller which I can buy directly from chemist shop.

Tab. Voveran plus twice daily for 5 days. It consists of Diclofenac and Paracetamol. If you are not allergic to either they you can take voveran plus tablet. Also apply oxalgin nanogel locally
