Hi. My left testicle felt mild discomfort/pain when touched, or while lying on bed with legs closed. Sometimes it feels better, like it doesn't hurt when touched. Also, I think I have noted that it doesn't hurt when I'm having an erection. I first experienced this pain a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Pain in the testicle can have many causes. You might have had an unrecognized injury or possibly an infection in the testicle. Other cause include hernia in the groin or a muscle strain in the groin etc. If you are worried please contact your doctor for examination.
