Pain in Right lower ribs area

10 days back my both legs slips on opposite direction , I didn't fall however I felt a sharp pain in my right side lower ribs area, there is no fracture there. I am still suffering the pain in that area.. it's shifting pain. chnages place according to sleeping position in that lower ribs area.
