Since 3 4 days am having uneasyness in right side hand nd right side leg feeling like pain muscle , i feel restness sometime bplzz suggest nd since two days my feet are cold nd also I feel some headache nd streching type feeling in my neck area nd face

May be myalgic or due to anxaities,worries  suggested to record BP , better to consult in person mean while u can apply any analgesic and any pain killer like paracetamol and do excercise
