Pain in right hand from thumb to arm.

Feeling pain On right hand. Before a month the finger tip of the thumb started paining which i thought due to the use of mobile and typing through the single finger ie thumb. Then the ankle started paining after few days then the shoulder. Now from the thumb to soldier its paining. Pain Feeling like as if a nerve been streched or anything like that. Then i reduced the use of mobile and that particular finger also. Still whenever i do some work or use mobile in right hand or writing through pen, it pains. Pain starts from thumb then ankle thn soilder then the full right hand and arm. Please help me.

first of all very less chance to correlate thumb pain  with  ankle pain. secondly  thumb pain travelling towards  to your shoulder  could be with radiating pain which is a nerve supplying to thumb. we have to ruled out of location of nerve compression which can be in wrist or can be in neck also . probably  you ll have numbness or tingling  to confirm  the nerve involvement. also we need to ruled out localise  problem such as tenosynovitis or tendinopathy
