Pain in right elbow

I can't hold anything with right hand due to elbow pain .I am suffering with oesteoarthritis.pleade suggest me what to do.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Hello. Have you got pain in elbow & hand as well. Any pins or needles sensation? is the pain on inside or outside of elbow. Any trauma? Are you diabetic? This could be due to many cause depending on where it is. Tennis elbow (pain on outside of elbow) is common. Please revert back with more information so that advice can be provided.
