Pain in right ear & feels like swelling

My right ear have pain & feels like swelling, also not able to hear clearly on right side & feels heavy.

Need to check impacted wax in the ear also if wax is harden so use Soliwax drop for 12 days and remove from doctor For pain you can use any paracetamol  for the same for 3 days. You should not having any medicine allergic.
