Pain in right back and right abdomen

I've had a constant pain in my right shoulder blade, right side of my back, right abdomen, right side, and occasionally center of my chest. It get bad when i eat, and gets worse when i eat anything fried or greasy. I am female and i am 20 years old. There is a chance i could be pregnant.

It could be gall bladder stone as per your symptoms, get an ultrasound abdomen.
