I have pain in my left ribs from past 10-15 days and it radiates towards my shoulder blade I did get an X-ray done but all is good so I can't understand what is the reason

Hi it could be related to costal ribs and inflammation in related muscles Although x ray is normal And takes time to get back to normal ! Any medication details??and x ray ??
