Pain in rectum

Pain in rectum after periods started. Cannot sit or stand properly. Its a severe pain. I took medicine for cramps but rectum pain didnt cured. Pain is very very severe

Rectal pain specifically at the time of periods can be due to extra uterine endometriosis ...it has to be correlated with other signs and symptoms and MRI may also be needed to diagnose

Get a ultrasound done to rule out for conditions like fibroid or any other pathology,also rule out for any haemorrhoids in rectum
