Pain in penis with no physical symptoms

My penis pains from 5 days . No accidental history and no physical symptoms seen on it.n ot masturbate from more than 2 weeks. Normally no pain occurs But on erection it pains badly. I visit my doctor's clinic he give some prescriptions which is attached. Is these medicines can help me to overcome from pain.
