I am getting different types of pains in penis base like sudden sharp/stabbing pain, weird vibrating sensation, pulling sensation. All these comes when i do brisk walk, sudden movements and sitting anywhere. This started when i had loose stools->Anal fissure. Also stool is not fully evacuating. I want to understand which doctor can help on this. I am confused if this is cpps or pudendal/dorsal nerve issue or pelvic dysfunction.
