After masterbation i feel severe pain in my penis head. And pain is continously and I get a burning sensation in penis even in anus and foot, bit worried

Its because of infection... Get ur semen analysis test and culture done.. Urine routine and microscopic examination done.. Share report, so that I can analyze the problem and give you proper solution.. To get rid of this problem.

The pain all tougher represent nerver root with dermatome distribution. Take pregartor and take a urine culture. Stop masturbation for 1 week. We will discuss soon once u will have report If urine is buring try alksol 2 teaspoon after food thrice daily
