This pain started during weight lifting. The pain is in a nerve on bottom side of arm from wrist to elbow joint . There is also crackling sound when i rotate my wrist/hand . This pain is not continuous, occurs only during weight lifting and some time after it.
You need some exercise modification during weight lifiting,need a physio guidance for ergonomical changes postural changes
And some Therapy to overcome nerve pain.
My neck pain start as mild and progresses into sharp throbbing pain after 6 hours.. is this due to nerve
