Hello Doctors Yesterday in the noon I fell down from the stairs and the back of my head hit the edge of the stairs so hard that I was in pain for almost 4 to 5 hours. I had a headache which was unbearable. Today morning when I woke up the headache is gone but my neck is aching so bad that I am unable to move the neck properly,even slight movements give me pain. Should I be worried ? Or even a simple pain killer will do the job ? Please assist Thanks.
