I am having neck pain in left and right Back and up shoulders both... Which keeps on changing side... Sometimes goes and comes back again... I have taken ift therapy and ultrasound for 7 days... no big change... Xray normal... Blood tests normal .. only vitamin d deficiency... took whole cycle with injection shot... but no change ... Help!

Vit d deficiency is not the only cause for pain, may be due to poor posture  or weak neck muscles.you need to consult in detail
