Your pain in wrist may not be related to fracture scaphoid that occurred more than a decade ago. It needs to be investigated. Kindly visit a ortho surgeon.

Sir. What type of fracture it was and How was it managed? Was it treated by a cast/surgery If it is only since yesterday without any trauma(injury) history.. use OTC painkillers for 2-3 days and give rest for your hand If there is no improvement. Please visit him.. you may need xray/MRI to rule out Avascular necrosis( decreased blood flow to scaphoid bone ) Thank you.

Usually the fracture pain should not recur after so long..We should rule out other causes of pain mimicking scaphoid fracture! You should be examined thoroughly for the same..
