Pain in middle of nose

I have pain in middle of nose not daily but almost twice a week and mostly starts from evening. And I see in some swelled turbinates when seen by torch in my nose. Sometimes pain of nose move to head and sometimes feeling of blocked nose.

This could be because of nasal septal spur. You need to get evaluated your nose through nasal endosocopy and CT PNS ( if suggested by the ENT specialist). Kindly consult doctor in person.
