Last night suddenly pain in lower right side pelvis. This pain has happened before also.  But disappeared on its own. But it's paining since last night

Your problem could be Urinary tract infection or Acute Appendicitis. To be investigated thoroughly by blood test, urine examination and USG of abdomen. Consult a general surgeon.
