Pain in lower left quadrant

2023-01-21 04:26:46
Hi, two months back my doc heard my symptoms and said I have IBS. I took cremaffin SOS and amnurite for 1 month. Now, in lower left side of my stomach I feel heavyness and discomfort, dull pain. Gets relieved after bowel movement. This pain is now happening in back side of my lower abdomen till butt. Can this be something else and what kind of test should I do?? Also, the pain gets relieved with walking and excersices and its worst when I lay down.

Left lower quadrant abdominal pain could be due to issues with intestine , ureter , ovarian and abdominal muscles.Ultrasound abdomen and urine analysis will be helpful in determining the cause.
