I have a very much pain in my lower back, it's on that extend that i m even not able to bend without holding something. What should i do and to which specialist doctor should i consult for that particular problem ?

U need to get uer check up done with orthopaedic.  it looks like muscular catch.  for that u need some medicine and physiotherapy.  only thing need to be checked is any nerve pressure
