Pain in lower abdominal deeply

Married women ( two months) and feeling pain in morning from two days. It was time of period but have no period and feeling pain in lower abdominal deep side. Guide me please.

Please elaborate on the symptoms more to have a clear idea. It can be a premenstural symptom.  It can also be symptom of infection.
