My mother is having pain in both the lower legs starting from thigh since long. Due to which restlessness & insomania persists. MRI says L4-L5 nerve compression. Suggest effective treatment.

Your mother needs to be examined by a neuro since the clinical examination along with the scan findings will help in making a treatment plan. Either one is not sufficient for deciding the course of treatment.
