Pain in legs and arms

I had a problem with penile discharge and frequent stools. After the urine test the doctor prescribed the Martifur MR tablet which I took for 4 days. Now I have had sharp pain in my legs & arms and sometimes shortness of breathing especially while sleeping for the last 4 days which is not improving. Is this pain because of medicine or something else?

Naah these features aren't usually associated with the antibiotic you're using. Could be a rare one in case of sleep issues but doesn't explain pain in arms and legs. Do you've some other history of muscle spasm or anything? Also did your stool stop?
