Use ice in area of Pain for 10-15min thrice a day. Keep ur knee supported while walking with crape bandage. Also give sufficient rest to the affected part and avoid any exertion. Avoid sitting in cross legs. It is not advisable ergonomically.
If pain does not subsides within 3days then visit to the Physiotherapist.

Don’t keep ice pack stagnant on one part.
