Before 18 days I was diagnosed with groin muscle pull .after that I took rest and it get recovered 50 to 60%.but on 19th day I walked 10 km and after walking such a long distance I again start feeling severe pain in the same area.
I want to know that is my muscle recovery again damaged.is it again at its initial stage.
And what to do for its recovery.
I am a trainee under defence.
Left part of the waiste the pain travelling down to the leg
Continuous pain with swelling in the back
