Pain in left throat dysphagia
I've had a sore throat mainly on the left side for several days. It hurts when I swallow, and the pain sometimes radiates to my left ear. I don't have fever, cough, or white patches on my tonsils. I hve red swollen left tonsil and red uvula..Anti-inflammatory medicine has reduced the pain somewhat. Could you please tell me what you think the diagnosis is and whether I need any further tests

1. TAB CEFTUM 500mg p/o twice a day after meal for 3 days
2. CAP RABLET D 1CAP P/O once a day empty stomach for 3 days
3. TAB SIGNOFLAM 1TAB P/O twice a day for 3 days
4. WARM SALINE GARGLE Three to four Times in a day
5. SYP MUCAINE GEL 2TSF P/O three times in a day (20 min before meal) if not able to swallow even soft diet without pain
Health Tips
1.Take tummy full diet , take soft diet if not able to take full diet
2. Avoid spicy and oliy food for few days
