Get your semen analysis done and get back here...if pain is soon after sexual intercourse you need to consult nearest urologist to rule out testicular torsion...pain may be due to infection, radiating pain from other places, kidney stones etc it needs to be evaluated properly... Practicing relaxation techniques like yoga meditation or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. For some men, stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may improve how well they can control ejaculation...if no improvements medical treatment needed...consult psychiatrist they will help you further.
