Pain in left side rib

Hello doctor, good afternoon, I am suffering from left side rib pain and pain under rib and side of rib. My upper abdomen is tight. I am patient of anxiety and stress for last 8 years. I am hypochondriasis patient and always search on internet about symptoms. I have a sadantry lifestyle and lots of burping during panic attack. I mentioned one more thing I have small pain in side of rib and under rib not in the chest. Please help me sir

At first kindly b less anxious.. Panicking can cause gastritis and tat can cause burps.. And see wat evr pain u have  ... Relax and get an ECG ..to rule out any issue..
