MRI is suggestive of mild disc bulges and osteophytes suggestive of early stage cervical spondylitis. The pain in neck, shoulder and arm can originate from the neck due to nerve compression caused by disc bulge, but needs to be correlated with examination. Buttock and leg pain is suggestive of nerve compression at lower back.
