Sir since 3 days i am filling pain inside left nose and as checked was swelling in red colour. Unable to touch and even unable to clean, please suggest some medicines for the same

It's called furunculosis Apply ig paint soaked cotton wool in that swelling. You need antibiotics, analgesics and antihistamines along with anti edema measures
