I have been experiencing some kind of pain in my left shoulder. I don't know what it is. Can it be related to any heart condition?

Hi. It can be as simple as a muscle strain to as grave as a tear. To start off take pain killers with muscle relaxant. If not better then consider mri.

Hello...... It could be bone fracture or ligament tear...remember you had any history of injury or not... Get an x ray of left shoulder and consult orthopedic surgeon in the nearest hospital.... In myocardial infarction one will have pain in left hand but it also associate with other symptoms... Consult doctor once...
