Pain in left joint

I'm 45 years old when I walk nothing happens but when I walk on the Stairs there is pain in my left joint.i have diabetes n hypertensive also.is this joint pain due to cold or something serious.plz help me out.

You did not mention which joint is painful. If its knee joint then it may be arthritis. You should get a xray of knee in standing position and consult in person with a doctor.
