Pain in left hip and thigh from 3 days

There is a constant pain when  she is in sitting position. She is a teacher so many times have to stand for long time .

pain may be due to any spinal problems like disc problems or muscle strain. May a hip pathology or SI joint pathology can be also suspected. Needs examination.
