Pain in left heel

I have been having pain in my left heel. Earlier it was not regular. Whenever I used to get up after sitting for some time my heel starts to pain. Now the pain is there all the time. Could you please let me know what could be the reason for the pain.

You might be having plantar fascitis, so need a physio for that
