Pain in left breast & uneven size

I am experiencing pain in my left breast from a few days. Also that breast is a bit elongated and the size is larger than the right one. I have noticed few red spots around it, which are paining. Is this normal? I am very worried. I visited a gynac, but she gave some medication for two days but did not tell the cause of this
