Since last week i have got a severe pain in my left arm on the inner side. Now it has travelled below the elbow too. I am unable to stretch my arm

Hello there I can understand your concern i hope you are not in too much pain . This could result from over use because of which your tendence may be inflammed . You can do as suggested by my colleague and additionally take a pain killer / muscle relaxant like tab. Zerodol - TH 8 twice a day after food and consult a orthopedicians for further management Best regards Dr. Anil Kumar J Jain

R U in habit of taking Frequent Selfies? if so this could be the cause.Else it could be Tennis elbow.Do hot n cold fomentation at yr elbow Jt else u may need to consult orthopedist n may require X ray AP n Lat. of yr cervical spine.
