Pain in knees including that TKR done

Have pain in both knees, TKR for left knee done 2 yrs.back. Whether exercise necessary? Not in habit of walking or other exercise except house work.

Pain can be cured based on what is causing it. Exercises are necessary to regain amd maintain strength especially after surgery.

Pain in both knees can be because of multiple reasons, after a surgery sometimes even unrelated to the surgery, but that has to be ruled out by an orthopedic surgeon. But doing exercise and walking does always good to your knees if there is no injury.
