Pain in knees and veins of left leg

I have been diagnosed for arthritis 6 months ago. Medicines were also prescribed but even after taking medication, pain is still present.

There are multiple treatment options for arthritis. Apart from a variety of medicine, different forms of Physiotherapy and injections are also available. Surgery is the only the very last options after all other modalities have been tried.
