On my left leg while folding it , I am getting a sudden pain from two days. It's not causing a problem to walk but whenever I fold, it pains

Any twisting  injuries before? If it doesn't get better even after painkillers and physiotherapy for 3 weeks might need scan to know. Sorry I am advising what to do in worst scenarios
