My mother is suffering from knee pain since 3 months and it's very hard for her to stand and work please advise

As you are forty year old, your mother will be probably 65y, and as you haven't given any injury history osteoarthritis of knee , which is the common problem might be the reason.
Next Steps
Get a standing knee x-ray done
