Hello dear Knee pain at 51 years of age is due to osteoarthritis in majority of cases. Increased uric acid has nothing to do with her knee pain. However deficiencies of vit d and b12 and raised cholestrol need to be addressed. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta

Knee pain in 51 year old lady ,may be due to many causes..Most common being , Osteoarthritis, which is age related wear and tear of cartilage of the knee joint. The treatment of the same varies with the stage and cause.Though the blood reports needs attention and treatment, they are not related to the knee pain directly.
Next Steps
Pls get Blood tests( CBc, ESR ,CRP, RA factor)and Knee X-rays-Standing Views( to stage the disease)
