Pain in joints

Pain between the joints specially joints of finger facing this since 2 months any special precautions that should i take to heal it up and what could be the possible reason behind it

what is your profession? it can due to prolonged use of fingers and wrist for professional and personal work. Laptop, mobile, driving, beads, labourers work etc.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. It could be because of arthritis Get yourself tested for rheumatoid arthritis and s. Vitamin d . Till then take some anti inflammatory medications.
