When I eat or drink anything my teeth’s are paining temple area has pain left shoulder leg stomach hip neck all are painful.i have sugar also kindly advice which doctor to see

You are probably suffering from cavities in the teeth as well as the referred pain from those. You can consult any dentist for an opinion but an endodontist will be a more appropriate choice. Regards.
