Pain in heel of the foot

There is pain in heel of left side foot. Any specific reason for the pain and what tests to be done? How long to wait incase it will be cured as of its own.

1 . Dose the pain increase in the morning after you wake up and initial steps painful? 2 . Over the time as you walk pain decreases reduces ? 3. Then most probably plantar fasciitis 4. Calcaneal spur at 36 years little less common 5. Change to broad shoes with soft sole or silicon heel pad usage 6. A good plantar stretching exercise will help for sure 7. Short course of anti inflammatory and hot water foundation at night
