I have been having pain in my heel for past 1 month. The intensity of the pain differs from day to day. It is worse when I am walking. I feel maximum pain when I press the front heel. I have applied various pain ointments but none of them worked.

It looks like plantar faciatis Check the net for stretching exercises and take pain medication Wear soft footwear Do hot water soaks It will go away
