Hi, Getting pain in my both the heel for last 1year and while down stairs it starts. I have done uric acid also but its in normal range.  Kindly help on the same.

You have plantar fasciitis and not gout So do stretch exercise Wear silicon gel pads with your footwear and do fomentation
