Pain in head behind left ear

I am feeling pain in the left side of head behind ear. This happened two times in a month and it continues till 2-3 days. I am taking pain killer like Anacin and DP Gesic but still there is no relief.

Need to just relax and do daily walks. Avoid electronic devices and stress No mobile at night Relaxation therapy like deep breathing Sos painkillers. Thanks
