Pain in front four teeth in lower jaw

I have pain in the front four teeth in my lower jaw. The pain is quite intense but not too much. I am able to eat. And by pressing on my teeth with a tissue or cloth relieves the pain. I have sores in my lower jaw which is chronic in nature. And it reoccurs once or twice in a month. I have experienced this kind of pain earlier but it vanishes afterwards. This time I wanted to know the reason. And I have a feeling that due to brushing incorrectly I have caused this harm.

I strongly recommend a dental visit.. and also try to ponder over the fact if you noticed ulcers elsewhere too apart from oral cavity. As for the pain your gums might also need a thorough screening

Please get a dental check up. The pain could be due to ulcers in the mouth or could be an infection. A check up can rule out infection. Brushing incorrectly will not cause ulcers though it can cause pain due to abrasions.
