I am having pain in toe fingers, toenails area, lace area of the foot and sole. It increases when I sit on a chair or car seat. Pleas advise.

Does the pain relieve if you keep your legs up in level with your heart or when you lie down? Also does is aggravate if you walk and relieve when you sit down?
